I'm Sneha, a Product Designer based in Atlanta, GA. I specialize in customer-centric solutions that distill complex data into simple and elegant visualizations. I have worked for Macy's & Bloomingdale's, helping solve problems around Payment, Checkout, and Customer Management experiences on digital platforms.
With my experience of working in tandem with cross-functional teams and leaders, across product, legal, engineering, marketing, and sales, I understand how to create experiences and products that balance user needs and business objectives. In my journey in design, I have had the opportunity to work on projects across eCommerce, non-profit, credit and financing, customer management, education, and healthcare, for both startups and global brands.
Coming from a background in arts, literature, education, and content, my approach to Design is an amalgamation of my experiences and affinities. I bring art, aesthetics, an understanding of human emotion, and psychology into my work. I was drawn to UX, because of the impact it could have in our lives, I believe the best designs are those which can create a positive impact on human interactions in the virtual/real world.
When I am not solving complex problems, I love to spend time with my daughter, work on my piano skills, make plans for new adventures, and doodle something on my iPad.
